Nikki recently passed away, and it's nice to see her smiling face here and remember what fun it was to meet these folks and experience AI for the first time. Every outfit here just SCREAMS "2002," from the skinny scarf on Tamyra Gray to both Kelly and Nikki's Dress Over Pants situations, and of course Justin's XXXXXL trousers. (Fun fact, Tamyra was just on Broadway in *Once on This Island*, so she's doing well.) ## Erika Christensen ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2020/12/shutterstock_editorial_388548am-1606872541.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Peter Brooker/Shutterstock (388548am) ERIKA CHRISTENSEN 'SWIMFAN' FILM PREMIERE, LOS ANGELES, AMERICA - 19 AUG 2002 This is DEEPLY normal and, yes, this was in August in Los Angeles so it WAS hot. (Everyone who went for jeans was for sure miserable at this event.) ## Jesse Bradford ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2020/12/shutterstock_editorial_388548ae-1606872530.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Peter Brooker/Shutterstock (388548ae) JESSE BRADFORD 'SWIMFAN' FILM PREMIERE, LOS ANGELES, AMERICA - 19 AUG 2002 No, I do not know what happened to Jesse Bradford's head, and also I too thought he was going to be more famous. ## Naomi Watts ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2020/12/shutterstock_editorial_388548f-1606872629.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Peter Brooker/Shutterstock (388548f) NAOMI WATTS 'SWIMFAN' FILM PREMIERE, LOS ANGELES, AMERICA - 19 AUG 2002 You might think, "WHAT is NAOMI WATTS doing at the premiere of SWIMFAN in THOSE JEANS??!!" and I DON'T KNOW. Naomi Watts was decently famous in 2002 -- Mulholland Drive came out the year before, although I guess The Ring wasn't due for a few more months. Maybe she loves trashy teen thrillers? Look -- who doesn't? (Listen, we all made really weird denim choices then.) ## Jillian Barberie ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2020/12/shutterstock_editorial_388548av-1606872563.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Peter Brooker/Shutterstock (388548av) JILLIAN BARBERIE 'SWIMFAN' FILM PREMIERE, LOS ANGELES, AMERICA - 19 AUG 2002 !!!!!!!!!!!! Okay, so Jillian here was the co-host of a local morning show in Los Angeles for YEARS that a LOT of people either normal-watched or hate-watched, and she also was the weather person for a LOT of NFL programming and also hosted Ex-Treme Dating, a terrible show everyone very much enjoyed when they were hungover. And if I recall correctly, she got fired from Good Day LA in a way that made me irritated. HOWEVER none of that explains what is happening here!!!!!! Jillian, I bless Past You for giving us this because it is hilarious. ## Majandra Delfino ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2020/12/GettyImages-103119784-1606872495.jpg) Majandra Delfino (Photo by Albert L. Ortega/WireImage) 2002 was a time of trying to figure out how to expose our navels, however possible. ## Jason Ritter ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2020/12/shutterstock_editorial_388415ah-1606872506.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Bei/Shutterstock (388415ah) Jason Ritter SWIMFAN FILM PREMIERE, LOS ANGELES, AMERICA - 19 AUG 2002 08/19/02 Los Angeles, CA Jason Ritter(cast) Twentieth Century Fox presents the world premiere of 'Swimfan'.
