Ali Stroker made history last night, becoming the first person who uses a wheelchair to win a Tony Award. She also looked super, and her performance on the telecast was *great.* (I really want to see Weird *Oklahoma!* I hope it comes to Los Angeles.)All that, plus we've got a dramatic skirt, an interesting shoulder cape situation, and intriguing boots.
