I LOVE Whoopi's commitment to making a big fashion statement and also she looks like she just escaped from a fitting for her debut in the new stage production of The Importance of Being Earnest. I TRULY wish this wasn't just some faffle I made up because now I NEED to see Whoopi as Lady Bracknell, I can just HEAR her saying "A HAND-BAG?!?!"

She is wearing colored contacts here, that's what you're trying to figure out. (I think she's more striking with her brown eyes, but live your life, Ciara!) They made some very well-taken edits to this dress from the runway version.
