(I personally find Julia VERY appealing as an actor and sort of annoying as a celebrity, so please take this with a grain of salt, but I DO keep imagining what my internal reaction would be if I were Amal and while I would not feel at all threatened, I would definitely eyeroll this a bit.)

Joe Biden's getting a lot of play out of his tux this week! Dr. Jill looks perfectly nice. I suspect this dress was also in play for the State Dinner, especially as it is custom.
