This is kicky, but speaking of feet, I'm not sure I'm sold on the black shoes...although I also don't have a better suggestion, so that's not helpful. (White seems like it would be too much.)
Justine Lupe in Prada

This is highly reasonable.
Lilly Singh

I barely saw her at all on the telecast, but this is quite good on her. (I also just went to her Wiki to see if her late night show is still on -- it is not -- and it is CHAOTIC and Wikipedia itself is begging for someone to clean it up. "This article may contain an excessive amount of intricate detail that may interest only a particular audience," it says. This seems mean!)
Jean Smart

Classic Jean. Very elegant. She could be the First Lady in this. Or, frankly, the President. (At least on TV.)
Cara Delevingne

DING DONG. She looks fantastic in this.
Jessica Gunning

This was divisive in the chat, but honestly...I love? I think she looks so luxe and gorgeous. (I'm partial to a ruffle.)
Kate Hudson in Carolina Herrera

This was ALSO sort of divisive, but I think it's pretty fantastic...with the caveat that I think I might have gone a different direction with the hair. (Every time I see Kate Hudson, I remember that I really like Kate Hudson.)
Selena Gomez, Benny Blanco

They seem SO happy together and that makes me happy for Selena, who is bringing real Grace Kelly at the Oscars vibes here. Which is....obviously....a compliment.

I think they're both in navy? I do know that this photo makes them both seem fun. I even like what I'll call her Crazy Sleeves.

Sure! I can't get worked up about this in any sort of way. I hope they had fun!

She looks great and I don't know if this dress needed the slit but that note is not made with any kind of rage. It's made with extreme relaxation.
Allison Janney

I feel like Allison Janney owns this dress. And maybe also the jewels.
Jennifer Grey

And Jennifer Grey really feels like she just dug this out of the closet -- which, to be clear, I wish more celebrities would do. Show us what you've got hanging in there!
