I seriously think if I were glaring at my own back -- even a paper, inanimate version of me -- I would feel it, and shiver, and maybe even run away a little. Thank God the odds of that happening are incredibly slim, because Jessica is not getting me a cardboard cutout of myself for Christmas. NOR SHOULD SHE.

I do, however, think this little touch was amusing: a clutch that's an old copy of "Lolita." Since I know a lot of red-blooded males who fell in love with her when she was but a child in "Beautiful Girls," that seems either incredibly self-aware, or accidentally symbolic. Either way, I love it. I wish I had an "Anne of Green Gables" purse. Although I'd settle for Sweet Valley High.

Still no smile. But at least the girls appear to be hoisted up properly, even if the dress gives her the illusion of bad posture.

Do you think she looks so depressed because she just punched the step-and-repeat? What IS that dent on the right?

Oh well. I guess at least she can drink away her sorrows at the open bar. ... Wait, maybe THAT is the root of her glumness. No open bar! Wow. This recession really is hitting every corner.
