Ths is a really pretty party dress -- the type of thing I hope she preserves so that their kiddoes can wear it to Prom. I also enjoy that she went with something so light and airy, and yet with a HINT OF BLOOD, to the premiere of their by-all-accounts-scary horror flick.

I'm not sure exactly why Blake and Ryan have been to two of these now; I guess I didn't realize the two couples were so close (a cynic might say it's useful to appear together when warding off rumors of marital strife, but am I going to be that cynic? Nooooooooooooo[ish]). Anyway, I love her accessories, wish for a very deep plummy lip, and don't like the cut of the dress at all. It makes her look boxy, and gives the dress the sense of having been incorrectly made.

Also, Blake has great hair. Why has she knotted in into a gnarled piece of rope? That thing wouldn't even hold up in gym class. And Ryan here looks very professorial, and kind of reminds me of Frank from Outlander, except in this moment he's rather happier. I'm glad for them, and I hope it's legit. I am not dead inside, y'all.
