A Star Is Born Premieres in Venice

The runway model wore this with a large necklace, but -- atypically for me, I know -- I actually think it works better without one. Or, at least on Cate, it does. She looks TOTALLY regal.

Irina came dressed as the Oscar for which Bradley Cooper probably hopes to contend. It's rare that I don't love something in gold, but from the front this underwhelms me. It doesn't fit her chest, which is egregious when you are attending WITH the designer.

I have many pics of her with Donatella, and zero of her with Bradley Cooper. I'm not saying they didn't pose for any, but our three services do not have them. I certainly hope they got one for the family album.

I admittedly do not know who this is, but the fact that she's wearing bike shorts under her top feels significant. Somewhere, Demi Moore feels very seen.

That is a terrible fit on her. White satin is best deployed in small quantities, unless you are the bride.

That's very pretty. I don't think she's at all whom I'd have picked for it -- though in fairness, I don't know much about her. It seems more... Lily James, to me.
