As a dress I think this is objectively terrible, but as a person she looks sexy. Honestly, it might be a perfectly okay slinky experiment if it didn't have those two tiny pink chef's toques stapled to it. Are they... bows? Late-breaking pocket installations? Meant to look like... cuffs? They are less the product of a brainwave than a microwaved brain.
