(Photo by VALERIE MACON / AFP) (Photo by VALERIE MACON/AFP via Getty Images) I just decided to run this photo because it's so cute. ## Margot Robbie (R) and husband British producer Tom Ackerley ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/01/GettyImages-1900666392-1704425012.jpg) Australian actress Margot Robbie (R) and husband British producer Tom Ackerley arrive for the 35th Annual Palm Springs International Film Festival Awards Gala at the Convention Center in Palm Springs, California, on January 4, 2024\. (Photo by VALERIE MACON / AFP) (Photo by VALERIE MACON/AFP via Getty Images) I also thought you might want to eyeball her husband. I don't know if I've ever seen him before. He's handsome! ANYWAY: This dress feels right for her, for Barbie, and for Palm Springs. ## Lily Gladstone in custom Rodarte ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/01/GettyImages-1908531052-1704425207.jpg) PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA - JANUARY 04: Lily Gladstone attends the 35th Annual Palm Springs International Film Awards at Palm Springs Convention Center on January 04, 2024 in Palm Springs, California. (Photo by Frazer Harrison/Getty Images for Palm Springs International Film Society) Love the earrings, love the color, love the sparkle, love the idea, personally unsure if I am ready for a resurgence of the peplum? But mostly really pleased that clearly someone decided to give her the huge presumptive nominee press push she deserves, which requires major thoughtful styling. (She's working with Jason Rembert.) This is custom Rodarte and I can't wait to see the rest of her awards season. ## Carey Mulligan in Balmain and Meryl Streep ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/01/GettyImages-1900666869-1704425045.jpg) US actress Meryl Streep (R) and recipient of the International Star Award - Actress for "Maestro" British actress Carey Mulligan arrive for the 35th Annual Palm Springs International Film Festival Awards Gala at the Convention Center in Palm Springs, California, on January 4, 2024\. (Photo by VALERIE MACON / AFP) (Photo by VALERIE MACON/AFP via Getty Images) [Carey's dress was originally BIKE SHORTS](https://www.instagram.com/p/C1s8OixtACr/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) and while she DEFINITELY made the right call for her own brand in editing that, I am SO SAD Carey Mulligan didn't wear formal bike shorts to this event. Meryl looks like she just got promoted to the head of her coven and I meant that with the UTMOST respect. ## Da'Vine Joy Randolph ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/01/GettyImages-1908662697-1704428284.jpg) PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA - JANUARY 04: DaVine Joy Randolph attends the 2024 Palm Springs International Film Festival Film Awards at Palm Springs Convention Center on January 04, 2024 in Palm Springs, California. (Photo by Monica Schipper/WireImage) This is glam and feminine and just slightly editorial and I love that for her. ## Taraji P. Henson in Alexandre Vauthier ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/01/GettyImages-1900665807-1704424985.jpg) US actress Taraji P. Henson arrives for the 35th Annual Palm Springs International Film Festival Awards Gala at the Convention Center in Palm Springs, California, on January 4, 2024\. (Photo by VALERIE MACON / AFP) (Photo by VALERIE MACON/AFP via Getty Images) I love this idea on her -- Taraji should always look like a sexy 1930s rich widow who might have killed her husband (for a good reason) and who might just be misunderstood. I do think this style of dress is meant to be slightly less chesty, so I wish someone had took it in at the top a bit? (I think it needs to be taken UP at the shoulders a bit and this is happening because she's so petite.) The color is fab. ## Sandra Oh in Carolina Herrera ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/01/GettyImages-1908413407-1704425151.jpg) PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA - JANUARY 04: Sandra Oh attends the 2024 Palm Springs International Film Festival Film Awards at Palm Springs Convention Center on January 04, 2024 in Palm Springs, California. (Photo by Monica Schipper/WireImage) This color is ALSO fab. She looks like an 80s debutante but in a good way. ## America Ferrera in Lela Rose ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/01/GettyImages-1900665891-1704424999.jpg) US actress America Ferrera arrives for the 35th Annual Palm Springs International Film Festival Awards Gala at the Convention Center in Palm Springs, California, on January 4, 2024\. (Photo by VALERIE MACON / AFP) (Photo by VALERIE MACON/AFP via Getty Images) She looks GREAT in this; her longtime stylist Karla Welch has been hitting America's press push for Barbie right out of the park. I love the lip. ## Beverly Johnson ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/01/GettyImages-1908308680-1704425060.jpg) PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA - JANUARY 04: Beverly Johnson attends the 2024 Palm Springs International Film Festival Film Awards at Palm Springs Convention Center on January 04, 2024 in Palm Springs, California. (Photo by Kevin Winter/Getty Images) I don't know why Beverly Johnson is attending this event but we're always delighted to see Beverly Johnson. ## Billie Eilish ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/01/GettyImages-1900665246-1704424971.jpg) Co-recipient of the Chairman's Award for "What Was I Made For?" from "Barbie" US singer Billie Eilish arrives for the 35th Annual Palm Springs International Film Festival Awards Gala at the Convention Center in Palm Springs, California, on January 4, 2024\. (Photo by VALERIE MACON / AFP) (Photo by VALERIE MACON/AFP via Getty Images) First off: I think she is crazy talented. Second: I feel like she's kind of in a style rut lately? I don't want or expect her to suddenly go Old Hollywood Glam but I feel like there are so many esoteric designers that might suit her and I wish she'd hire someone to track down more niche stuff. ## Danielle Brooks ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/01/GettyImages-1908416548-1704425179.jpg) PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA - JANUARY 04: Danielle Brooks attends the 35th Annual Palm Springs International Film Awards at Palm Springs Convention Center on January 04, 2024 in Palm Springs, California. (Photo by Frazer Harrison/Getty Images for Palm Springs International Film Society) This is so crisp! She's a babe. I might have added ONE MORE diamond strand? ## Cara Jade Myers ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/01/GettyImages-1908408273-1704425121.jpg) PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA - JANUARY 04: Cara Jade Myers attends the 2024 Palm Springs International Film Festival Film Awards at Palm Springs Convention Center on January 04, 2024 in Palm Springs, California. (Photo by Monica Schipper/WireImage) Not quite as good as the previous night's efforts at the NY Film Critics do, but I dig this color. ## Janae Collins ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/01/GettyImages-1908341393-1704425074.jpg) PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA - JANUARY 04: JaNae Collins attends the 2024 Palm Springs International Film Festival Film Awards at Palm Springs Convention Center on January 04, 2024 in Palm Springs, California. (Photo by Kevin Winter/Getty Images) I'm VERY in favor of gold sequins year round. ## Tantoo Cardinal ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/01/GettyImages-1908344695-1704425090.jpg) PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA - JANUARY 04: Tantoo Cardinal attends the 2024 Palm Springs International Film Festival Film Awards at Palm Springs Convention Center on January 04, 2024 in Palm Springs, California. (Photo by Monica Schipper/WireImage) Truly, she always looks fab. ## Kirsten Dunst ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/01/GettyImages-1908408269-1704425104.jpg) PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA - JANUARY 04: Kirsten Dunst attends the 2024 Palm Springs International Film Festival Film Awards at Palm Springs Convention Center on January 04, 2024 in Palm Springs, California. (Photo by Kevin Winter/Getty Images) SPEAKING OF LOOKING FAB. ## Kirsten Dunst and Jesse Plemons ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/01/GettyImages-1908409811-1704425136.jpg) PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA - JANUARY 04: (L-R) Kirsten Dunst and Jesse Plemons attend the 2024 Palm Springs International Film Festival Film Awards at Palm Springs Convention Center on January 04, 2024 in Palm Springs, California. (Photo by Kevin Winter/Getty Images) They look dishy. ## Eva Longoria in Ashi Studio, Jesse Garcia and Annie Gonzalez ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/01/GettyImages-1908414459-1704425164.jpg) PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA - JANUARY 04: (L-R) Eva Longoria, Jesse Garcia and Annie Gonzalez attend the 2024 Palm Springs International Film Festival Film Awards at Palm Springs Convention Center on January 04, 2024 in Palm Springs, California. (Photo by Monica Schipper/WireImage) I don't love Eva's dress but this photo is cute. Save it for next year's Christmas card! ## Greta Gerwig ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/01/GettyImages-1908459084-1704425193.jpg) PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA - JANUARY 04: Greta Gerwig attends the 2024 Palm Springs International Film Festival Film Awards at Palm Springs Convention Center on January 04, 2024 in Palm Springs, California.
