Take one cape, one misguided hair bow, one pair of formal Bermuda shorts, one VERY unexpected Who Wore It Best, more Schiaparelli than you'd anticipate, and at least two cute lil' bags, and you've got this event! Let me also just tell you that, judging from these looks, this party could have happened at 11 a.m. OR 7 p.m. and no one would be the wiser. People are all over the place.
