I don't know if Karla Welch, for example, pointed to it and said, "I love this color but it needs a skirt," or if Prada itself made the call and then offered it up. You can't see it as clearly here, maybe, but the boob portion is molded, and I don't love it. I don't know. This feels a little dowdy on her, which I know is a bizarre thing to say about a sleek stretchy dress, and yet here we are.
