As much as I do not like this minidress over a giant pirate shirt for MYSELF, I do think that kind of nonsense feels on-target for Carrie. For once. Like she probably owned that dress back in season two and now she's committed to wearing every item she decided to keep when she moved and she's trying to make it feel new. Yes, I just fan-fic'd an outfit.

That skirt looks like a cheap monstrosity?! I don't entirely understand the blouse either, but it at least has a point of view. This is a terrible outfit.
