This is the sort of marvelously intergalactic-looking ensemble that makes me yearn for a Star Wars movie in which SWINTON is revealed to be Princess Leia's lost protege. She could go up against Gwen Christie's Captain Phasma in a dark/light battle of the blondes. (I've decided that she matched the shoes to her hair; they were all that marred this for me, so I wrote a way out. WOOHOO!)

This photo delights me. It looks like a rehearsal for a movie musical starring and also possibly about her.The musical would be called simply A MULTITUDE OF SWINTONS and every song would be an anagram of her name, like, "Its Wonton Lid," and "Old Nitwits N/A."

This is her LOVAH, I think. She makes that dated-seeming cut and pattern look surprisingly decent, which... is a lukewarm statement, but still supportive.

She looks glorious in this. I also enjoy that the way the straps on her shoes lie, they come across like little hearts.

This is so jarringly sedate. Where's the curveball, SWINTON? I mean, other than whatever your hem is doing, and the fact that I do not think of you as the color of a 1970s refrigerator.
