One way she likes to play, obviously, is with wigs. She went bold with a mullet here, echoing her dress's cut. I love the gown, and I love that her head is bringing '80s nighttime realness to the whole thing. She is absolutely starring in her own soap and she's about to make Morgan Fairchild's life REALLY complicated.

She makes an animal-print tube top look like a good idea, but the outfit has a secret.

KABOOM. (I actually think I liked it better before I knew about this, but at least it's surprising.)

She does seem like a good fit for Christian, thanks to her willingness to take chances. The high-fashion floaties are always weird to me, but the rest of it is cute.

This is another vintage piece. The mandate was "90s grunge princess" for this, which is funny to me because this doesn't FEEL that '90s to me. I may have blocked out that part of the '90s because so much of it for ME was about plaid and Nirvana. (Like, sometimes I'll listen to 90s on 9 and they'll play a song from 1990 and I think, "OBJECTION, this should count as the 80s." There is more blur between the decades than my memory allows.) Anyway, it's not my dream dress, and it will never feel contemporary, but that wasn't the point. The intention here was to be retro and costumey, and she's certainly doing it.

This is sort of forgettable. It looks like a chair cover from a black-and-white party.
