To me, this outfit looks like the costume from the final 20 minutes of a movie about a woman who gets accidentally caught up in, say, a murder-for-hire scheme gone wrong. She starts the movie in a pristine white suit, and ends up having gotten graffitied, run over by a city bus, and with her bra hanging out -- but the criminals *have* been thwarted, so at least there's that.
