Alison Brie and Aubrey Plaza have teamed up again, this time for a semi-rom-com called *Spin Me Round* that the AV says is "shape-shifting" in a way that lightly pushes back on the genre tropes, but ultimately "probably funnier in the room." Personally, I am all for a big-screen rom-com that *embraces* genre tropes -- after all, every genre has those, but rarely are they disparaged the way they are with rom-coms -- but maybe that's just me. The good news is that [Alison Brie, who led the ESPYs Fuggery Class of 2022](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/alison-brie-is-the-valedictorian-of-the-espys-fug-class-of-2022-07-2022/), has shaken off that dubious title in favor of looking foxy in a more... comprehensible way.
