# Amal Clooney's Day Dress Is CUTE

Amal and George -- this website's absolute *worst* intern, he will NOT be getting college credit for this!!!! -- are in Venice at the moment; the Film Festival starts this week, but I assume George won't be attending much, as he's on strike with the rest of SAG-AFTRA and I don't think he's in any of the films that have been given a waiver. Vogue noted that this week is also "[Diane von Furstenberg’s annual DVF Awards, where Amal will be honored"](https://www.vogue.com/article/amal-clooney-sheer-shoe-trend-venice-film-festival?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) and it seems much more likely to me that this is the reason they tootled over from Lake Como. Very pertinent to my interests is this dress on Amal: IT IS CUTE and as of my typing, I haven't seen a credit for it *and* Google Lens is all shrug. I find that to be rude! I need to be able to type something like, "IT IS CUTE and also Valentino so it's like $3000." I feel bereft.
