I appreciate that Ashley is Trying Something -- and it's kind of working? -- but Amanda DEFINITELY takes this one, in terms of Reasonable Workwear.

Wearing Suzannah
This dress is by Suzannah, a line beloved by both Kate Middleton and Sophie Wessex, and I can totally see Sophie wearing this (it's not really Kate's jam). It's VERY cute on Amanda.

It's so unusual to see Amanda in all black. Also at this point in the pandemic, I apparently am now very intimately informed about their sartorial likes and dislikes. I'm good with that, actually!
