All three of these women campaigned for Clinton, so I'm sure they had a vigorous catch-up session about a variety of news items when they were reunited at this event. I enjoy that both America and Lena got the Wear A Zippy Shoe memo; I also like Lena's longer hair (although I was a huge proponent of her pixie cut).

She looks great. I sort of wish her earrings were a little more dangly, but that is the nitpickiest of nitpicks. Choosing to go with a raspberry-colored bag/shoe here was delightful.

When I was examining this photo and trying to figure out what to wear, it occurred to me that you could draw a face on her torso and that black ruffle would look like hair. Picture it: eyes on her boobs, a nose and mouth on her abdomen. You can't unthink this thought, if I can't.

I don't know why, but I really love this picture. She looks like a kind and groovy AP English teacher who writes you a nice letter of recommendation and always offers you tea when you come into her office, where she's got a tiny hot plate and a lot of struggling plants. That vibe just feels right on her.
