## Taylor Swift

I know this is a performance outfit, but whatever: it fits the criteria and it's SO SHINY. This entire slideshow is just a tornado of shiny festivity.

## Taylor Swift

Taylor's *Great Gatsby* long program is going to be AMAZING.

## Zendaya in Georgine

Speaking of amazing. This is obviously INSANE but in a way that is at least entertaining. She legitimately is modeling something that I swear to god someone wore in *Scruples*.

## Zendaya

Although, let's be honest, I clearly need a gold trench desperately, and you probably do too.

## Charli XCX

![](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/content/files/www-gofugyourself-com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/spl897409_002.xml)

This is compelling in a kind of Movie Set in at a Rave in 1999 kind of way. It's totally sponsored by Ring Pops.

## Danai Gurira in Naeem Khan

![](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/content/files/www-gofugyourself-com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/459480332.xml)

This is kind of like a wine bag, but I mean that in a more complimentary way than it came out, I swear. The color is fab on her. (But why is she wearing a necklace? Help me to understand.)

## Jordin Sparks

![](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/content/files/www-gofugyourself-com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/spl897307_003.xml)

I believe we are still in our I Recently Broke Off An Engagement Eat Your Heart Out Tour and SHE IS NAILING IT.

## Olivia Munn in Lanvin

![](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/content/files/www-gofugyourself-com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/ffn_rij_ama2014_set1_112314_51593108.xml)

This is VERY Alexis Colby (she loved gold lamé almost as much as multiple marriages and blackmail) and I suspect I'd like *it* better on *a celebrity* I liked better. I am sorry, Olivia. One day you're going to rescue me from a towering inferno at the Bristol Farms or something and then I'm going to feel terribly guilty.

## Jessie J

![Jessie J performs at 2014 American Music Awards - Show](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/content/files/www-gofugyourself-com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/459489556.xml)

It is not a public performance if Jessie J is not asking you to contemplate the security of her nethers.

## Jessie J, Nicki Minaj, Ariana Grande

![Jessie J, Nicki Minaj, Ariana Grande, American Music Awards 2014](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/content/files/www-gofugyourself-com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/jessie-j-nicki-minaj-ariana-grande-american-music-awards-amas-459494338.xml)

Nicki Minaj wins this for me. She looks like she can't believe she had to play along with any of this, given that her part in the song is quite minor, and as if she wants to yank out Grande's hair in one swoop. I got the weird impression during the performance that she and Jessie J could do without Ariana, but maybe that's just me projecting because that song -- admittedly catchy -- would be 100 percent better that way. (Sorry, Ariana.) At any rate: Nobody wins here, sartorially, least of all Minaj's boobs.

[American Music Awards Fugs and Fabs: People in MetallicsAs you know, in general I cannot resist a metallic. But some of these may be...resistible. \[Photos: Getty, Splash, Fame/Flynet\]![](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/content/files/www-gofugyourself-com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/459476412.xml)](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/american-music-awards-fugs-and-fabs-people-in-metallics-11-2014/)
