This is -- although beset by winds -- aggressively fine on Kylie. I feel like she just wants to turn to the camera and yell, "please, someone, just let me get into UCSB so I can get away from all this madness and be a normal person. I just want to be sitting in a library right now reading a sociology book. IT'S MY DARKEST SECRET."
