Kendall has a slouchy sort of cool about her here, at least, although I hate how those straps attach to the dress. Kylie, though... There might actually be a germ of something good here, if we could strop away some of the details that are just Extra, like the elbow cuffs. I might be curious to see a redesigned top where the chains are ONLY on her waist and leg, and maybe the slit starts much lower BECAUSE...

... girl, checking your bikinin line all night is going to be so BORING.
Also, this angle makes me dislike it even more. That it's just a black leather bra with a chain bib makes it less interesting than if the chains somehow came into play in the back.

I also need to re-vent about these shoes. We've seen them a lot and I still think they look like a walking redaction.

I like how model-fierce she looks in this shot. I also like her earrings, which until I saw a close-up I thought were crazy curly hair tendrils.

I don't know if it's that she's good at modeling, or what, but somehow THIS dress that leaves me cold at least comes off more fashionable than her sister's. Is she giving it something, or is the something already there?
