That is very fun and frothy, although Kendall is not giving it a whole lot of personality; she's just the person carting it around. Her Met Gala gown was such perfection on her and I think I have a hangover from that; she raised the bar for herself there.

This dress is... wacky. Is it just me or does it look more like she's standing in front of a cardboard cutout of a dress that doesn't entirely line up with her body? The gown looks stiff and oversize, the tulle seems heavy... that beading is beautiful but somehow as cut the gown just looks all wrong.
