I had to hunt pretty hard for a credit on this outfit, and once I found it, I whacked my palm against my forehead in pure shoulda-had-a-V8 style, because OF COURSE it's Stella McCartney. She is the queen of billowing, bilious suits. ([She also provided the bra, which is a $160 affair](https://shopstyle.it/l/NCOv?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io); if you can afford to coddle your ladies thusly then more power to you, but I feel like Macy's has stuff that's more attractive and also $30.) That necklace is so cute, and her head is aces as usual, but the rest... "92Y" might as well stand for a complaint about the trouser length: "92?!? WHY."
