Actually, the headline pretty much says it: Those are either skirts, or satin flea collars for her arms. Honestly, it almost looks like those people who make themselves giant versions of the same dresses their Barbies wear, except in this case, her arms are the Barbies. And they're twins. It's like Coors Light Formalwear up in here, and yes, I just somehow got from Marchesa to a beer commercial. I'm officially hella punchy and ready for Sunday.
