I don't know if this is custom, or vintage, or neither, but I think it's quite wonderful. The peek of tutu feels like a wink at the iconic opening titles of Sex and the City. The cape portion is just fabulous -- this definitely feels like Grown Up Carrie Bradshaw to me, while also being perfectly SJP. It's truly a place where they intersect.
