Angela loves a fringe -- [she got very fringe-y when Black Panther premiered, too](../angela-bassett-opts-for-fringed-naeem-khan-at-the-black-panther-premiere-01-2018) \-- and truly who can blame her?

I like the idea that her stylist just calls everyone and is like, "what have you got in a fringe? SEND IT OVER."

This outfit -- I think it's technically a skirt and top for construction purposes, but the overall vibe is obviously a dress -- is extremely fun. She looks like she's about to perform Firebird on a parade float and I mean that in the absolutely most positive way possible.

Well accessorized, too.
