Informative Caption tells us, "US film-maker Angelina Jolie attends the Order of St Michael and St George service at St Paul's Cathedral in London, Britain, 28 June 2018. The Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George is a British order of chivalry, founded on 28 April 1818 by George, Prince Regent, later King George IV. This year marked the 200th anniversary of its creation. Britain's Queen Elizabeth was due to attend but Buckingham Palace announced she was ill and was replaced by the Duke of Kent." Her pin, of course, is her own Order of St. George and St. Michael pin, because she was made an honorary dame in 2014.
