Angelique [became the first African musician and first Black African](https://www.essence.com/entertainment/angelique-kidjo-hollywood-walk-of-fame-star/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) to get a Walk of Fame star. It only took five Grammys, 17 total nominations, and 18 albums!!!! Oh, to own a space the way she does here.
