I want to note, first off, that I think her head looks GREAT! I feel like we went through a couple of years where Anna was doing weird stuff to her bangs/eyebrows/something, and now whatever she was doing has been undone/halted/reversed. But as far as this dress goes, I can't decide if I like it, or if it looks like someone took Grandma's curtains and was like, "how can we sex these up?" As snarky as that sounds, I actually think I like it. Sometimes Grandma's curtains deserve to live their own life, you know?
