I don't have an outfit credit on this, but I assume it's Vivienne Westwood. Because it LOOKS so much like Vivienne Westwood, and I feel like, if you're at an event in her honor, you don't pick a knockoff; you either wear her or show up in something COMPLETELY different.

Between this crime against her boobs and [the one from the Globes](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/golden-globes-wtf-bellamy-young-in-solace-london-01-2016/), I choose to interpret Bellamy's facial expression as a cry for help. EVERYTHING went kerflooey on her here -- bronzer, makeup, bust -- and I never thought I'd say this, but I'm just eager for her to hang these up and go back to Mellie Grant's sensible cardigans for a second.
