Elegance Bratton is like, "My name is my VIBE,' and Niecy is all, "PAJAMMIES!!!!"

Natasha Lyonne

Somehow she found lenses that match her dye job.

Marlee Matlin

She is just a delight.

He's giving Knives Out.

Roger Ross Williams

Both these men and their shoes really speak to my sensible side.

He always has good clothes, so I'm not shocked to like his sweater.

Rebecca Hall

This is also primo smart-casual.

Mamoudou Athie

There's more going on here than I would have expected, but it works.

Well, as J.Lo goes, this is casual.

Josh O'Connor

This is casual to the point of sloppy.

Alia Shawkat

Dave Franco

I approve of his stripes wholeheartedly.

Alison Brie

Everyone I know in the aughts who had to work in an office had a variation of this outfit. Not that it's DATED in that way; we just all had the skirts and boots and simple shirts, and I remember -- being in my early 20s -- feeling so adult.

Himesh Patel

This will be good camouflage in... a flood?
