This looks A HINT rumpled, but who isn't a hint rumpled this week? I am pretty sure my hair is actually on fire right now. That said, I actually this is delightful on her: pretty, ladylike, flattering, and yet not boring.

We've seen this this fabric before -- on this dress, on Zoey Deutch and Cristin Milioti -- and it's SO much cuter as a top, I think.

I might need that top. I am really unaccustomed to looking at April Ludgate and thinking, "wow, her wardrobe is CUTE." (Janet Snakehole is an entirely different ball of wax, of course. She always looks fierce.)
