Aunjanue Ellis-Taylor has been making the rounds promoting the new adaptation of [Colson Whitehead's Pulitzer Prize-winning novel *The Nickel Boys*](https://amzn.to/3zNSKT3?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io), which is getting a limited theatrical release at the end of the year and will then end up on Prime. (It's been pushed back to that slot[ to give it a better awards season shot](https://deadline.com/2024/10/nickel-boys-release-date-1236105714/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io).) This is also good news for those of us who like to see what Aunjanue Ellis-Taylor wears to red carpet events -- namely, for me.
