I just said the other day that I don't think we've seen Aunjanue Ellis-Taylor in anything restrained, so here she goes and proves me wrong by putting on a suit for a *Nickel Boys* SAG event. Granted, THIS is not where you'd bust out your [explosion of drapes](https://www.gofugyourself.com/photos/gotham-awards-brights/the-gothams-34th-annual-film-awards-arrivals-13?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io), but still. It's like she's subtly reminding us she's versatile. The flats with socks feel almost a little too... balletic; I wish she'd put it with a killer pair of boots, or some shiny oxfords. But you know what they say: If wishes were horses, bloggers would be sneezing and fresh out of carrots, so.
