Please give that child the cupcake he so richly deserves! (This is one of those baby expressions where, in still photo, you cannot tell if he's squawking with pure joy OR making his displeasure known to all!)

I also want to steal those earrings, so apparently I am just full of inappropriate requests today.

Mandatory Credit: Photo by Tim Rooke/Shutterstock (10423833bu) Meghan Duchess of Sussex visit to mothers2mothers in Cape Town, South Africa Prince Harry and Meghan Duchess of Sussex visit to Africa - 25 Sep 2019 mothers2mothers (m2m) is an African not-for-profit organisation with the vision of a healthy, HIV-free Africa. The organisation trains and employs women living with HIV as frontline health workers across eight African nations. These “Mentor Mothers” work both in health facilities and door-to-door in local communities to deliver health services and education to other women and their families. This peer-based delivery model ensures that services are provided by people from the same community as those they serve, and are rooted in shared realities and experiences. Since it started in 2001, mothers2mothers has created over 10,000 jobs for women living with HIV and reached more than 11 million women and children under two years old. They have achieved virtual elimination of mother-to-child transmission of HIV for their clients for the last five years in a row, and in 2017, 97% of children in their early childhood development programme achieved all of their developmental milestones at their first birthday.

Meghan has wore this before -- in the background footage from when she was putting together her issue of Vogue -- and although I am not a jumpsuit fan, I think it works on her. My note here is that I feel like the shoes/earrings make it feel a little evening and I might have done a different shoe. WHAT different shoe, you ask? Friends, I confess that I have no idea. Let's instead turn to Informative Caption. First, Meghan went to "Woodstock Exchange to meet female entrepreneurs working in technology," and then to "mothers2mothers (m2m), an African not-for-profit organisation with the vision of a healthy, HIV-free Africa. The organisation trains and employs women living with HIV as frontline health workers across eight African nations. These 'Mentor Mothers' work both in health facilities and door-to-door in local communities to deliver health services and education to other women and their families. " Good causes, all around.
