This is just lovely, all the more so because she's worn some very mediocre stuff with very mediocre tailoring (including something from the weekend that you'll see tomorrow on the site). THIS is precise and pretty, and yes, okay, MAYBE the hip part looks like a flesh wound, but only maybe. The shoes tie it in very well, and also wisely, keeping their profile to a minimum.

Haley busted out the Valentino hand dress, though, and it's awesome. It COULD look like two hands reaching over to grab her boobs, but instead it feels more like a Sistene Chapel touch. This whole thing is so graceful and neat.

The nits I would pick: I do think she needs a necklace OR some statement earrings. Given her other jewels, I am leaning earrings. The bodice fit also seems slightly less precise on her right side.

This is nice on her, and very well accessorized, although it will not surprise you to know that "NAB" is floating through my head.

Morfydd Clark

Apparently today the drum I am banging is, "WHITHER THE JEWELS." Among the things Morfydd has coming up: She's playing Galadriel in a Lord of the Rings TV series, and she DOES track with Cate Blanchett visually. I could also see Cate in this color, which is more chartreuse than strictly yellow, but. I made my choice. It's pretty, and she's pulling it off without looking green herself, so that's a plus. (I wrote "that's a pus" like six times before I got it right.)

Why sew, if you can just tie a bow? This comes off like the explosive version of "JUST CINCH IT." Just tie it off! Twice, for good measure!
