# BAFTAs Well Played: Anne Hathaway (With Bonus Thing That Makes You Go Hmm)

This has been such an interesting season for Anne Hathaway.

One minute she'll bust out something awesome like this studded Burberry, and it makes me think, "Curses, Hathaway, you've won again." And then she'll show up with a dress that itself has a skirt on:

It's Chanel, so we can blame Karl for the fact that she looks like a peacock. If you lopped off that sucker and sold it for parts, you'd have a very nice mini-dress left over, but her lower half would STILL look like it was styled by British Airways. And so the roller-coaster continues. Technically she wore the good BAFTA outfit more recently; does that mean we'll get another dip for the Oscars, or can she squeak in a hot mess first and then kill it in two weeks?
