I was JUST thinking as I downloaded this, "They'd better have gone to Pucci for this one," and lo. This is TOTALLY HAIR Barbie, from 1992, and I had it on my short list of suggestions for Drinks With Broads on Thursday and then lost the link and got lazy and used the newer 60s-themed Barbie instead. SPIRITUALLY I predicted it. And you'll be delighted to know...
... that they went as far in with the TOTAL HAIR as they could, without -- presumably -- Margot needing a separate wrangler for it.
America Ferrera
I THINK her character is an executive? And she's been styled that way -- much more sedate than Barbie, which is as it should be. She looks super here, and that makeup is GORGEOUS.
Ryan Gosling
Ken looks like he added the visual tank top just to make sure he Kenned a little bit. Real talk: Ryan Gosling has a way of posing on the red carpet that looks like he has no idea who he's with -- as if he just stands there staring in a direction and they rotate people in and out and he's none the wiser. To be clear, I am not trying to insult him -- I like him and do not think that's his personality AT ALL. It's just a funny thing about how he holds himself in all the pics.
