Just look at how delighted this little child is! (I mean, this look IS prime time for a little kid; when I was this sweetie's age, my favorite look was the modified can-can dancer dress worn by the cocktail waitresses at our local steakhouse).

Those gloves are silly, but her earrings are INSANE -- this is a Chopard party, so I assume they're Chopard -- and her smile is so infectious? We hardly ever get to see it and it's cute!

I will say that I once interviewed Bella at Fashion Week and she was SO personable, in a way that I feel doesn't really come across in her editorials.
