Did she JUST roll off the plane 15 minutes ago? There are ways to do this edgy punky hair while also looking... clean, and styled, and styLISH. I keep thinking back to how she glitzed up her head-styling for the Oscar run, and missing that head here. In a weird way, I think that sleeker styling would make the suit feel edgier, whereas now it all just looks like a bad costume.

This is a very weird choice. Sometimes K.Stew's Chanels feel like a StitchFix box that she can't send back: They TRY to find her five things she'd like, but usually only like one or two of them really works.

Anne's film opens the fest. For some reason she is wearing a velour bathrobe with a leather cummerbund inspired by the Cantina Band from Star Wars. It looks messy and heavy, but also like maybe SHE just came off a plane and this is what Anne Hathaway wears to be cozy on long hauls.

I want to be more interested in this version of Anne Hathaway than I am. A lining would help? The hair and the gloves and the basic cut of the dress have a fun mod feel -- I think it'd work better as a mini, honestly. Also, Berlin needs to figure out its lighting setup.
