You can't totally tell here, but the bodice of this gown features A SKULL. It was very cool. (Also, poor Gillian Anderson was up in this in the middle of the night in Prague. At least she won!)
Julia Garner in Miu Miu
I think this dress is generally lovely -- and her head looks amazing -- but this vee is VERY wide and low, and it might be a bit distracting? I get that they're doing a sort of 20s feel, and I think that makes sense for her general aesthetic, but I wish the cut on this was a little more narrow. (Her jewelry is really amazing).
Best Supporting TV Actress
I will say that Julia's dress looks pretty great here, while Annie Murphy (who is never going to win in this category at the Globes, it's absurd that she and HBC are competing!!) is doing a very low-key Colonel Sanders and, yes, Bernie Sanders is photo-bombing Cynthia Nixon. PS: The first responders LOVED seeing Christopher Meloni and who can blame them?
Cate, Daisy Edgar-Jones, Shira Haas, Nicole Kidman (in Louis Vuitton), ATJ (in Dior)
I appreciate that Cate Blanchett's headshot gives the "I just leaned into this shot after a brisk walk around my estate!!" feeling; Daisy E-J looks totally fine; ditto Shira Haas, whose necklace might be great. Nicole and Keith look just like themselves (Nicole knew she wasn't winning this one). ATJ looks fab, as previously covered.

This shot -- courtesy of me and my TV -- really makes it look like Donald Sutherland is about to make little bird wings of his hands and flap out of frame. Meanwhile, someone needed to tell Jim Parsons that he was almost out of frame. (His cute husband is an art director! He is shaking his head at this right now.)

John was wearing "tracky bottoms" and I LOVE that he showed them to everyone. He's the best and I love that he won.
Best Actor in a Miniseries
Everyone here looks low-key exhausted; Jeff Daniels there for sure was just doing some chores in his craft room when he remembered this was happening. The moment I captured here makes Hugh Grant look like he's giving an interview about a crime he's committed.
Mark Ruffalo
Oh, that's the back of Justin Theroux there. Rest assured: He looked nice and like Justin Theroux. The Mark Ruffalo family is very cute. It IS nice that these folks get to celebrate with all their kids.
