# Billy Porter Is Having More Fun On The Red Carpet Than Anyone These Days

This outfit is kind of like Freddie Mercury meets Celine Dion, and yet even so, it also feels 100 percent pure Billy Porter. He's a magic trick. He performed at an event kicking off World Pride NYC, at the Barclay Center in Brooklyn, and this is ideal because I feel like you could probably see him from space. He *is* confidence and joy and charisma.

Ciara also performed, and she showed up in a hat that I suspect developed a real complex once Billy's walked in:

Having made that joke about its inferiority complex, I think Ciara looks fantastic in this, top to tail. It's still leggy, the way she likes it, but it's INTERESTING in a way that all the naked stuff just isn't.

And this is generally great, although I don't understand the random fin on her abdomen. Still, my name cousin Laverne Cox is a fox. This largely rocks, says H.Cocks. ... Yeah, I need to work on my poetry. I think when *Outlander* isn't on, I just shut off the water supply.
