My inner punk LOVES those boots. Loves them. I don't know if I'd have a different perception of this outfit if it were July, and not February; all I can think is how absurd it is for winter, even if you're mostly inside a car or a building. It looks a little like a combo of one of those bathing suits that's JUST for appearances, and a cheerleading skirt.
