This dress is a classic and a perfect rewear, because it's such a good canvas for different jewelry. FWIW, I think I prefer the 2015 Oscars necklace, but this is perfectly elegant and dreamy.

This was shown on the runway with a completely sheer top and I understand why she didn't wear it that way but -- and I can't believe I'm saying this -- as all the commenters here point out, I think the skirt IS better with the sheer top. (I also agree with the person who thought it might work better with a slightly cropped turtleneck instead.)
