So, I've been trying to think harder about why some of Blake's outfits haven't worked for me, and I think there are a couple extra factors at play: One, I think having an actual gangbusters stylist to make tweaks and adjustments would make some of them more individual and personal, as opposed to feeling like she's just wallpapering herself in whatever was on the runway; and two, these outfits in isolation might be more effective than an unending string of flower after flower after flower after flower. Everything has SO much happening, in such a steady onslaught. But lord knows I am not mad at her for giving us content. It's always an internal tug-of-war. I need less! But still lots! MORE, always, but not so *much*! Being cranky is always so contradictory.
