Let's get real: For my money, this is all about her shoes. [They are Loubs, and they are glorious](https://shopstyle.it/l/BGRy?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io), and I cannot blame her for deciding to dress like the frame for them, and all her jewelry (this was an event for the jeweler Lorraine Schwartz, whose work Blake often wears, and is I assume wearing here). She looks good; about every nine months, I am struck with the thought that I miss Blake Lively and while I'm sure she is happy making cake pops in Connecticut, I wish that both she and Leighton Meester would get interesting gigs on prestige TV shows and return to living in the electronic box in my living room.
