THIS cracks me up. Here, she and Mr. Louboutin get into a huge van and given that he's all dressed for the Met, and she's in her (very fancy) robe and hair and makeup, I have to think that she got dressed in the van and rode over to the Met standing up, so as not to crush that dress. And that makes SO MUCH SENSE.

I think this works better with the coat on. It's also very reminiscent of a suit she wears in the movie -- her character wears almost all suits -- except that suit is NOT worn with a shirt and she takes a meeting in a graveyard with a little bow hanging down into her cleavage.
