Nicole looks slick in her suit. I am surprised by how much I like how Margot looks. That dress is trying a lot, but it all seems to be in good balance, and it's well-excuted, so it sits nicely on her. Charlize HAS TO BE COLD. That's like a Dior figure skating costume.

This might ALSO be a Bad Janet, frankly. Keep the blazer and marbelize the rest.

Those cuffs would be better if you could tug them down and use them as mittens, then retract them when you're inside.

The pleating on that bodice is really precise and pretty.

I deeply appreciate that she went with a bright shoe. She can substitute when Uzo Aduba is too busy to shoot Celebrity Shoe Intervention.

This has a modern Marlene Dietrich feel to it that I enjoy, although I think the combo of the bangs and the heavy purple eye makeup overwhelmes them a bit.

I do not have an ID on Crispin's ladyfriend here, but for an alarming few minutes I thought she was Dove Cameron. I'm also not sure how Crispin got this invitation, but it gave me an excuse to look him up; did we know he owns a chateau in the Czech Republic?

IN OTHER NEWS, TAMI TAYLOR HAS BANGS. I am not sure I think they work, y'all. This looks a LITTLE '80s nighttime soap.

DEON. Have you seen everyone else? Dress up a little, good sir. Having said that: Charlize, have you seen Deon? IT'S DECEMBER. At least he is dressed for that.
